PITA Repaired - AMS System Wear Repair Underway

A few weeks ago, PITA began exhibiting issues feeding the materials into ARTSY. This led to an increase of material waste as each of the four channels began seemingly 'eating' and damaging the filament. Bambu Labs has a great support team, and in just four days, we agreed what the issue was and they warrantied a new internal component to replace the worn out component in PITA. After a full year of heavy use, these machines are surprisingly durable. Thanks again to the Bambu Lab support team for shipping us a new internal part. It should arrive within the next couple of days.

Spring Vendor Booth Plan Complete

Planning a booth layout can be very difficult. This week, we decided to begin the plan for a spring booth. This booth features a lot of floral designs, and includes flora in the beaker located within the centerpiece of the layout! We are in negotiations with a few event coordinators, so stay tuned to see where we will go! We hope to see you soon!
Online Store Navigation Improved

One of our major initiatives in recent weeks has been to improve the navigational experience on the online store. When a customer is looking for something specific or a group of something specific, they could use the search; however, we wanted to be even more intuitive with our menu plotting. We've embedded our catalogs into the menu located at the top of the website on all pages.

In order to accommodate shoppers across the globe, we are in the process of translating our online store into the various native languages of our shoppers. We are in the process of preparing Italian, and there are many more languages to come. Is there something that didn't get translated correctly?
