Shipping Policy (Effective Date: 4-13-25)

Thank you for shopping at Chuganation's 3D Lab! We're committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below. 

Section 1 - Order Processing

• In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. (Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

• Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order items require additional production time and are generally processed within 4-10 business days, depending on the specifics of your order.

• Both of the above options do not include shipping, which may prolong that window. 

Section 2 - Shipping Methods and Delivery Options

• Free Shipping: On orders of $50 USD we offer free shipping for our customers. Chuganation's 3D Lab and it's support team reserves the right to select the provider and the shipping method from that provider to ship these orders. 
• Standard Shipping: We proudly serve customers throughout the United States and select other countries. For your convenience, we partner with multiple reputable shipping providers to ensure that your order is delivered by the most efficient route available. Delivery timeframes will vary based on the provider selected and your geographic location.
• Local Delivery: We offer a specialized hand-delivery service within select local zip codes. Eligible zip codes include: 36360, 36027, 36310, 36301, 36302, 36305, 36303, 36304, 36306, 36361, 36072, 36330 To qualify for local delivery, your order (calculated before the delivery fee but after all applicable discounts) must total at least $10. A local delivery fee of up to $3.75 will be applied to cover packaging costs and other delivery related fees. The parcel will still be shipment worthy, and Chuganation's 3D Lab may contract this local delivery service to a third party provider.

Section 3 - Estimated Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is approximately 5-8 business days for orders that qualify for free shipping. All other orders in which the customer pays for shipping would change that time window to a shorter amount. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be influenced by factors such as carrier schedules, weather conditions, or unexpected delays. Chuganation's 3D Lab shall not be held liable for parcels not delivered in time due to shipment delays out of our control. 

• Delivery Variability: While we strive for prompt delivery, the exact shipping period may vary with the chosen shipping provider and your regional location. Rest assured, we will provide a tracking number with your shipment confirmation so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Section 4 - Free Shipping Eligibility

• Free Shipping Promotion: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal (before tax) of $50 or more. This offer applies only to standard shipping options and cannot be combined with expedited shipping methods.

• Tracking Your Order: Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking details and estimated delivery dates. This will help you stay informed about the status of your package.

• Customer Support: Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment—whether it’s processing, delivery, or tracking—please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory.

• Important Considerations: All provided shipping estimates are subject to change in the event of public holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We thank you for your understanding in such cases.

Section 6 - Delivery Locations

• Domestic - We offer shipping to all locations in the United States. Taxes on these orders are not covered by Chuganation's 3D Lab and are the responsibility of the customer.
• International Shipping - We offer shipping to select countries outside of the United States. Any tariffs, duties, and taxes for international orders are not included in the shipment total and are the responsibility of the customer.
